1. Introduction
Nexus Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”) develops and publishes utility apps for Android and iOS devices. This Privacy Policy applies to our entire portfolio of apps unless a specific app states otherwise.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to the collection and processing of data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
This policy is designed to align with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, and also references principles of the GDPR for users in applicable regions.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected Data
When you use our apps, we may automatically collect:
Diagnostic/crash logs for troubleshooting
Device type, operating system, and app version
Device identifiers, including the resettable Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
IP address and approximate location inferred from IP
App usage data (frequency of use, session duration, features used) for analytics and product improvement
2.2 Device Permissions (only applicable to apps that request the relevant permission)
Some apps in our portfolio — request the following permissions strictly to support the app’s core functionality:
- Camera / Photo Library: used to let you capture a photo, which is processed entirely on your device and displayed back to you within the app. The photo is never transmitted to or stored on our servers, and is not used for any other purpose.
- Location (GPS): used to determine your current location, which is processed entirely on your device and displayed back to you within the app. This location data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers, and is not used for any other purpose.
We only request permissions that are genuinely necessary for each app’s core feature set, and you may always decline or revoke access at any time through your device’s operating system settings.
2.3 User-Provided Data
If applicable to a given app, we may collect data you voluntarily provide, such as feedback or bug reports submitted to support, and in-app settings/preferences.
3. Advertising and Third Parties
To keep our apps free, we display ads through third-party advertising partners, including but not limited to:
- Google AdMob (Google LLC)
- Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
These partners may collect your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. We do not provide personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) directly to advertising partners.
You can control ad personalization by:
- Going to Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (Android) or Settings > Privacy > Tracking (iOS)
- Using opt-out tools at aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org
We may also use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/Firebase) to understand app usage and improve our products.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data in the following circumstances:
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or business restructuring
With service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising) necessary to operate the app, limited to what is reasonably required
When required by law, or to protect the legal rights and safety of users
5. Your Rights
Depending on your applicable jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time
- Revoke device permissions (camera, location, etc.) via your operating system settings
- Uninstall the app to stop all further data collection by that app

6. Children
Our apps are not directed at, and are not intended for, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact nexus.tech139@gmail.com so we can promptly delete it.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting nexus.tech139@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
