1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Nexus Tech application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
Interfere with the normal operation of the App (e.g., injecting malicious code, exploiting system vulnerabilities)
Copy, redistribute, sell, or rent the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where permitted by law
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms third parties
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all source code, interface design, icons, and logos, is owned by Nexus Tech or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
4. Device Permissions
Some Apps may request access to device features (camera, photo library, GPS location, etc.) to operate specific functions. Granting these permissions is voluntary — you may decline or revoke them at any time in your device Settings, though certain features may stop working without the required permission. Details on how we process data collected through these permissions are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may display advertising through third-party platforms (including Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network) to help keep the App free. Your interactions with ads or third-party services within the App are governed by that third party’s own terms, and are their responsibility.
6. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If the App allows you to create or upload content (e.g., photos, text), you agree that:

Your content does not violate any law or infringe on third-party rights
You are solely responsible for content you create or upload
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
